The CSAA is for people who wish to preserve schools, research education and schooling, create or maintain museums, promote living history programs, and allow others to experience schooling as it was many years ago. To this end, enthusiasts and members are given a chance to reflect on or create new schoolhouse memories, while offering educators and scholars a community to share ideas and research. Additionally, this organization encourages everyone interested in country schooling to engage in a dynamic forum that provides access for publishing, awards and grants, restoration support, and ongoing promotion and preservation guidance toward sharing America's rural and our early education system with learners of all ages.
